We have changed our SMS automated texting service, and this is what you can expect from our new software and from our office.
Program description: By choosing to be a patient at Castle Rock Dental Group, you automatically are opted into our new software. You will be able to receive text messages from Weave about, but not limited to; upcoming dental procedures with our office. These messages will range from confirmation, cancellation, appointment reminders, birthday, missed call/text, and appointment follow-up.
Frequency: You can expect to receive text messages as early as 14 days prior to dental procedures.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back with [STOP]. After you send the SMS message [STOP] to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Or you can contact us if you wish to opt-out/unsubscribe from receiving any future communication. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Or

Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
